The project aims to densify a plot located in a low-density residential zone.

Despite a mixed program of apartments and terraced houses, the proposal adopts a unified architectural language, characterized by pitched roofs and timber cladding.

The volumes are fragmented and shifted in plan to reduce their visual impact and ensure privacy for outdoor spaces.

All parking is located underground, allowing the surface to remain as green and open as possible.
