The proposed site for the new school complex in Echandens is located on a plot characterized by a viticultural and agricultural environment stretching from Lake Geneva to the Jura Mountains.

The landscape shaped by these activities is marked by light greenhouses, stone walls, and linear layouts dictated by the logic of cultivation.

The project draws upon and reinterprets these landscape elements to propose a school cycle that breaks away from conventional institutional imagery. It aims to offer a learning environment that supports children’s development, where outdoor spaces are an integral part of education.

The permeability created by the various pathways fosters meeting spaces that connect with the landscape of La Côte.
