— Private Villa with Pool (FIER)

A gently sloping plot overlooking a nature reserve.

The villa is conceived as a sequence of expanding spaces in both plan and section, from the entrance to the swimming pool. At its center, a double-height patio brings light into the heart of the house: on the ground floor, it connects the living areas; on the upper level, it organizes the circulation to the bedrooms.

From the outside, the villa appears as a composition of large solid surfaces, cut through by openings that reach the parapets, giving the whole a strong sense of abstract plasticity.

The house seems to protect an inner intimacy that only reveals itself gradually through the movement within its spaces.
