The former sheepfold is being reimagined as a new agrotourism reception area.

The dilapidated buildings are demolished to reopen the estate, while the existing historic structures are renovated into small accommodation units. The surrounding park is landscaped with permaculture zones for visitors.

A natural swimming pool is proposed in the southern area.

The materiality of the new interventions is based on natural stone sourced from the Crazannes quarries.
