The apartment results from a subdivision of the original spaces that occurred over the years, leading to a dark and poorly functional layout.
The intervention completely reimagines the interior by relocating the kitchen to the former bathroom area, allowing it to benefit from the natural light of the south-facing inner courtyard. The bathroom is now positioned between the kitchen and the main bedroom, and is lit indirectly through an interior window.

Large sliding doors make it possible to keep the space open or to divide it when needed. Built-in storage is integrated under the windows and in the entrance hall to maximize space without cluttering it with furniture.
