The apartment is part of a building constructed in 1903, distinguished by stained glass windows listed as heritage by the Canton of Vaud. The original parquet floors and interior woodwork have been restored, while the wet rooms—kitchen and bathroom—have been completely renovated.

A unique tiling has been used for the service areas.

The use of pastel green tiles and a pink kitchen palette echoes the tones found in the Art Deco stained glass, creating a chromatic continuity between the old and the new.
