— 2 historical buildings (CLU)

The energy renovation project of two residential buildings, part of a classified early 20th-century complex, aims to meet new energy standards in order to reduce the environmental impact of existing structures. The options related to the sensitive issue of heritage preservation are continuously discussed with the relevant authorities to find the best technical solutions.

The roof has been completely redone and equipped with solar panels, the windows have been insulated, and the façades have been renovated.

The technical systems within the apartments had to be entirely updated, and the basement slab was lowered to allow for insulation of the underground levels. All of these interventions were carried out while the buildings were occupied, requiring close coordination with the tenants.
